1. What materials are your candles made of?
Our candles are made with high-quality natural waxes, such as soy wax, rapeseed wax and 100% ecological beeswax of national origin.
2. Do you use synthetic fragrances in your candles?
No, all of our candles are scented with phthalate-free essential oils and fragrances to provide a pure, natural, and healthy aroma.
3. Do your candle wicks contain lead?
No, our wicks are made of 100% cotton or natural wood, without lead or harmful chemicals.
4. How do I care for my candle to make it last longer?
For optimal burning, cut the wick to 5 mm before each use and allow the wax to melt evenly during the first burn. We always recommend using it for a maximum of 3 or 4 hours and relighting.
5. Do you sell candle accessories?
Yes, we offer a variety of accessories such as candle snuffers, wick trimmers, candle holders and diffusers, designed to enhance your experience.

We process orders within 24-48 hours and domestic shipping typically takes 2-4 business days.
